Identity Guard
Identity Guard is an industry-leading identity protection service, operating as a subsidiary of parent company, Aura. By utilizing the power of IBM Watson artificial intelligence, Identity Guard is able to offer customers immediate alerts any time the system senses a breach. My team’s goal was to find a way to help Identity Guard empower its customers to be more proactive in their own identity protection. We settled on a chat feature.

Juego
Juego is an app in-the-making designed to help users find games from across the globe.

Have you ever wondered what children in Bangladesh play to pass the time, or what couples at a cocktail party in Norway play to break the ice? Juego does.

Search Juego for specific countries or tap the globe to get random results, and find your new favorite game!

Multitude Insights
Multitude Insights is a Cambridge-based technology company that provides "intelligent tools for public safety". They engaged my team of UX Designers to redesign and flesh out their flagship application: BLTN. By harnessing the power of Natural Language Processing artificial intelligence, BLTN helps law enforcement investigate and collaborate across departments and jurisdictions.

Butler Sporting Goods
Butler Sporting Goods is a local sports equipment and apparel store in Barnstable, MA. Serving a loyal customer base on Cape Cod for over 40 years, Butler prides itself on offering the personal touch that other name brand giants – like Dick’s Sporting Goods or Marathon Sports – do not. As such, their website is simple and minimalist. Unfortunately, the site navigation is correspondingly primitive and cluttered. I wanted to clean it up and hopefully add a little life to the interface.

Jiffy Gift
Jiffy Gift is a gift consulting service. Users seeking quality gift options can submit a "gift request" and receive ideas from gift experts within 48 hours.

The primary objective of Jiffy Gift is to simplify the process of finding a gift. By tailoring gift suggestions to each individual giver and recipient, we're able to limit the cumbersome effects of overchoice.
Writing

Championship Sports Media
As a contributing writer for Championship Sports Media, I was able to combine my love of sports with my knack for writing. Over the course of my time with CSM, I covered a wide array of topics, from deep-dives into the historical lack of diversity among English soccer officials to simple weekly match reports. In addition to enjoying the subject matter, I also took the opportunity to learn as much as I could about writing for SEO, which was vital for the growth of CSM as a whole.

Nina Mayfield Design
Nina Mayfield is a Cape Cod-based interior designer. When I came on board to help, she already had an established website, but wanted to refine the About page. In addition, I also took the opportunity to proofread the rest of her website content, scanning for spelling and grammatical errors, as well as opportunities to improve SEO.

SeaHill Consulting Group
SeaHill Consulting Group asked me to look at their website and provide design and - more urgently - content suggestions. In addition, I also drafted a one-page document that SeaHill Consulting would disseminate to their customers (and potential customers) to serve as an overview of the company and their goals.
Children's Books

Jenny and the Dinghy
When Jenny takes her family's dinghy out one night, she expects to enjoy an easy cruise near the shore. But when things don't go to plan, she has to think fast to get home safe.
Jenny and the Dinghy is a story about bravery and character under pressure. Written for children, this story's message will resonate with anyone who has ever found themselves in deep water, looking for dry land.

Dani Bumps Her Head
Dani loves to wander and explore the woods near her family's home. But when a pursuit of a forest creature takes her off the beaten path, she finds herself feeling lost – in more ways than one.
Join Dani as she tries to find her way home and rediscover who she is with the help of her parents, her doctor and some woodland friends.

Carlos and the Golazo
Live the ups and downs of youth soccer through the eyes of a young Mexican soccer player in Carlos and the Golazo.
Carlos and his brother play on the same soccer team, but one of them is an established star, while the other is waiting for his big shot. Will they compete against each other or work together?
Carlos and the Golazo is the perfect illustrated book for young athletes, especially those with brothers and sisters.

Benjamin's Best Friend
Benjamin is an active young boy with a wonderful family. He likes to play sports and hang out with his parents at home.

But although Benjamin is surrounded by other people pretty much all day, he is lonely. Like good parents, Benjamin’s mom and dad realize how their son feels and hatch a plan to lift his spirits.
Benjamin’s Best Friend is a story about family, friendship and four-legged companions.

Carl and the Copper Beech
When Carl buys the house on the corner, the first thing he decides to do is tear down the old copper beech in the front yard.
But before he can uproot the historic tree, the new homeowner gains some added perspective that might change his mind.
Carl and the Copper Beech is a story about value, and how it can’t always be measured in dollars.
