As a user experience professional, my goal is to craft simple, effective solutions to complex challenges, leveraging research-backed design, clear and accessible writing, and a range of other approaches.

Both in my past roles as a coach, educator and operations assistant and in my current position as a designer and writer, I work hard to make things easy.

When I'm not on the clock, you can find me playing squash, watching Arsenal Football Club or on Petfinder.com, looking for my future best friend.
